Bun Dau Mam Tom

Bún đậu mắm tôm divides the table. Hesitation first, then surrender. I raise the street dish to ritual, honoring the power that hides inside what first feels unfamiliar.

Cocoon silhouettes, veiled and hooded figures, wired crinoline and noodle-like hemlines deconstruct the dish's textures into ritualistic dark glamour.
