What is the difference between couture, bespoke, and made-to-order?
Couture is a singular piece built entirely around you: concept, toile, fittings, hand finish, timeline by consultation. Bespoke is designed from your brief and cut to your measures in 8 to 16 weeks. Made-to-order takes an existing design from the collections and makes it in your size and cloth in 4 to 8 weeks.
How do fittings work if I am not in Hanoi?
Three ways: you visit the Hanoi atelier, the designer travels to you, or we work remotely from a professional measurement sheet with fit checks by video.
What should my budget be?
Made-to-order pieces begin under $1,500. Bespoke work typically lives between $1,500 and $10,000 depending on construction. Couture is quoted at consultation. Choose 'prefer to discuss' if unsure; the conversation costs nothing.
How fast will I hear back?
Within three working days, in English or Vietnamese, whichever you prefer.
Does AI design the clothes?
No. The designer designs; artificial intelligence accelerates research, moodboards, and pre-production so more of the budget reaches fabric and construction. Every silhouette decision is human.
